The Campaign Lab is a six-week long fellowship program, designed to give each fellow the tools they each need to run a progressive political campaign. Split into six tracks that cover the main elements of campaigns, the fellowship provides an in-depth, comprehensive exploration in the fundamental skills needed to run an engaging, authentic progressive political campaign.
Each fellow will be paid a stipend and matched with a mentor who will guide them through the program and beyond. They will also be given all the resources they need to equitably participate throughout the program, and will be matched with a local progressive candidate running for office upon successful completion of the fellowship.
Applications will open in April 2023.

So you want to run campaigns? We will give you everything need to know about running effective + efficient campaigns for progressive candidates in our red state.
field
We will teach you the best field strategies employed by grassroots + traditional campaigns. We’ll train you on how to build a strong field plan that includes innovative volunteer + voter engagement strategies.
candidate
Our candidate training is focused on preparing candidates to be the best candidates they can be, as a member of their campaign’s team, not the manager of their team.
finance
The finance director/treasurer on a campaign is one of the most important members of the team. Compliance to the financial reporting and tracking guidelines will make or break any campaign.
comms + pr
Communications and Public Relations includes anything related to the messaging, branding, design, merchandise, press, and public relations needs of the campaign.
fundraising
For those who love to plan events, write persuasive appeals, foster meaningful relationships, and build collective financial power, this track is for you. You don’t need millions to run a winning campaign.
